These cameras basically provide consumers with closed circuit television. This is different than broadcast television as the components are directly linked. The same type of security cameras used in security is often used for security in banks, airports, retail establishments, and casinos. The cameras are essentially the same but are much more user friendly and less complex.
The wireless security system is the most advanced innovation in security. These systems are much less involved for installation as there are no wires to worry with or walls to rip up, drill into, or risk destroying. This system can save money up front by eliminating the need for repairing those things damaged during installation but might ultimately cost more, as the need to replace batteries is quite frequent.
While wireless security systems use essentially the same basic components
as those systems that are hardwired: cameras, control panels, motion detectors, etc. they might also make use of radio frequencies which can be transmitted through doors, windows, and motion activated devices.
